The core enemy of bathroom metal fittings is moisture mixed with mineral salts and acidic cleaners. At BARSATI ENTERPRISES, we defeat corrosion by manufacturing our core structures using authentic **Grade 304 (18/8) Stainless Steel** and heavy-weight brass alloys.

SS 304 contains 18% Chromium and 8% Nickel. Chromium forms an invisible, self-healing oxide layer on the steel surface that blocks oxygen from reacting with iron. The Nickel component boosts ductility and shock resistance, ensuring towel rods and pulley brackets do not warp under weight loads.

Stage 01

Raw Material Composition Audit

Every consignment of SS 304 wire coils and tubes is tested using spectrometers to verify the correct chromium and nickel levels. Low-quality steel mixes are rejected at the gate.

Stage 02

Dimensional Tolerance Checks

Components are checked with digital vernier calipers and angle templates. This ensures towel racks, hooks, and paper holder covers align with architectural specifications.

Stage 03

Salt Spray & Environmental Exposure

Selected units from every production line are placed in environmental salt-spray chambers for 24+ hours. This process tests the electroplated chrome finish against high humidity.

Stage 04

Surface Defect Inspection

Finished chrome units are audited under 500-lux halogen lamps. Inspectors verify the surfaces are free of plating bubbles, pinholes, dull spots, or hairline polishing scratches.

Stage 05

Assembly & Packaging Checks

Concealed hex brackets are test-fitted onto mountings to guarantee clean locking. The accessories are then packed in protective foam liners inside heavy cardboard boxes to prevent transit damage.

DESIGN INVENTIONS

The Innovation of Concealed Fittings

Standard bathroom accessories use exposed base plates and visible screws. Over time, steam condenses on these screws, causing rust water to run down tiles. Our engineering team designed the **Cansil Series (Concealed Fittings)** to address this issue.

A bracket plate is mounted to the wall using rawl plugs. The accessory flange slides over this bracket and is secured using a tiny bottom grub screw. This hides the fixing screws inside the polished flange cup, protecting them from direct splash contact.
